Original 1972 394 Room Hotel - Scope of work involved 14 Phases of Renovation, Addition and Reimaging in a 3 year Campaign (i.e. Overall "Schematic Design" required full Design Review & Approval by the Disney Corp.)
1. New Additions - Banquet Rooms, Pool Bar, Health Club, Spa, , Outdoor Event Areas, Lobby Disney Store and conversion of 3 Standard Guest Room floors to (57) Concierge Rooms. Completed Work included 25,000 sf of Meeting and Convention space consisting of 2 Ballrooms totaling 14,000 sf and 11 Breakout Rooms. Outdoor Terrace 5,000 sf
2. Renovations - Site Parking & Landscaping, Porte Cochere, Public Spaces, Retail Shops, Hotel Restaurant, Hotel Bar & Nightclub, (4) Presidential Suites, (337) Guest Rooms, Scope of work involved new replacement of most mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and overall Facility Accessibility Upgrades.
3. Reimaging - Overall Site Arrival & Parking Area, Signage, Exterior Tower, Low Rise Guest Room Wings, Meeting & Convention Spaces and all interior Public Spaces.
